Return Policy

This Return Policy describes the conditions under which Lovelycrluminous accepts returns and provides refunds for physical and digital products purchased through our website or by direct contact.

1. Return Period

Physical products may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in original, unused condition with packaging intact. Digital products and downloadable printables may be eligible for refund within 14 days of purchase if the files have not been downloaded or accessed.

2. Eligible Items

Returns are accepted for the following product categories:

  • Physical guide bundles and reference card decks
  • Printed poster sets and educational materials
  • Digital PDF printables that have not been downloaded

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following are generally not eligible for return:

  • Digital files that have been downloaded or accessed
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper storage after delivery

5. Refund Process

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
